Research & Technology
Being aware of the importance of Research and technology development in success of a company, we regularly conduct these tasks. We have maintained a laboratory equipped with several tools and facilities for conducting researches related to our products such as Paints, Coating Additives, Speciality Chemicals, Anti Flooding Agent, Wetting Agents, etc. The tasks of this lab are handled by educated researchers who apply process & pilot plant upgrade additive technologies and modern methodologies to regularly bring improvements in our products and work practices.
In the early 2002, as compared to today, we had comparatively low revenue but by regularly conducting researches, we have tremendously improved it. With every year, we have increased our revenue by around three times. Some other benefits we have got from R&D work are:
Quality Management Cell
Our ISO 9001 certified company is highly focused towards delivering qualitative range to customers. Thus, we follow a quality management system to ensure this. We have divided quality management work in three levels. And for all these levels, we have different customer level-quality management lab, sites-supplier level-vendor development lab and production level-process control lab.
Technical Department
Our company has established a well-fitted technical facility in the premises which is being handled by a group of experts who provide technical assistance and complete knowledge to the clients regarding our Specialty Leather Finishing Additives, Anti Flooding Agent, Specialty Textile Chemicals, Leather Finishing Additives, Paints Additives, etc. The different segments availing our technical solutions are paints, textile, leather, rubber, printing inks, paper, plastic and many more. To make sure that these services are accessible to all, we have established our setup at Thane, Maharashtra, India which connects us with the major transportation modes.
Training Centre
At K-Tech, we well understand that regular training of sales agents, employees and interested customers as well as students is important to keep themselves updated with the developments of the company, give knowledge about new launch, etc. Our company has built its own training center in Thane city of Maharashtra for conducting classes. We have made association with some renowned academic & technical institutes that assist us in organizing impressive training sessions. Further, in the same center, we organize executives development, skill up-gradations certificate and technology development programmes for students and professionals of the industry.
Library & Data Centre
Our company has maintained its own technology centre, where we keep a stock of old as well as latest technical books, brochures, journals, magazines and product presentation. Scientists, researchers, technical staff and discerning customers of our company can visit this center.
Plants & Production Facility
For systematically & swiftly producing our Speciality Chemicals, Paints, Coating Additives, Wetting Agents, etc., we have built four production units. The main plant, which is called mother plant is in Thane (Maharashtra), 70km away from business capital Mumbai, it is sprawling over 5 acres of land. The set up not just includes production plant but also spacious storage area, spreading over 1 lakh sq.ft. space. It outputs offered range to us in capacity of around 10,000 MT in an year, here works are done abiding to several laws of ecology of land, air & water and environment regulations. Further, our other co-production units and satelite plants are in Nasik of Maharashtra and Etawah & Kanpur of Uttar Pradesh, India.
Central Logistics Centre
We have developed our logistic unit in one of Asia's largest transportation hubs which is situated at Bhiwandi, Mumbai. This logistic centre is built over 10,000 sq. ft. land area and works on supply chain management basis, enabling us to deliver the consignments to the different parts in India and abroad within the scheduled time duration. Our division has the capacity to supply 1 kg to 200 kgs of around 600 products to all across the world.
